Q: Is everything on the site really 100% legal? A: Yes – at the moment we dispatch it. We remove or reformulate any product the same day it gets banned in the EU/UK. We’ve been doing this since 2016 without a single customer ever getting into legal trouble for buying from us.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Monero, USDT (TRC20), Litecoin, Ethereum, Bank transfer (SEPA / Faster Payments / Revolut), and major gift cards (Amazon, iTunes, etc.). No PayPal or credit cards – they all ban legal-high vendors.

Q: What if it gets stopped at customs? A: Under 0.4% of EU parcels are ever opened. If it happens we reship for free once or refund – your choice.
Q: How is it packaged? A: Vacuum-sealed → smell-proof Mylar → inside a plain box or padded envelope. No smell, no rattle, no mention of contents. Return address is always a real cleaning-supply or gift-shop business.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or packstations? A: Yes, no problem.
